Dr. Harbaugh grew up in Portage, PA. Her love and passion for animals was obvious from a young age, frequently caring for nearby stray cats. 

Dr. Harbaugh received her undergraduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University in 2021. 

In her spare time, Dr. Harbaugh enjoys bowling, golfing, camping, painting, and playing with her family pets, Duncan (Westie) and Max (cat).
